Founded in 2025, clover mgmt is a boutique music company focused on forging a new path in artist management.

With more than a decade of experience in the music industry, founder Nikki Crogan brings a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of the business. Her career spans the full spectrum of the live and recorded music landscape, from volunteer spots to door sales, international tour management to booking agencies, and ultimately ending up in artist management.

Born and raised in Alice Springs, Nikki developed a deep passion for music early in life and relocated to Melbourne to pursue a career in the industry. Beginning her artist management journey at Blue Max Music in2017, she has since spent three years with leading independent entertainment company Mushroom Group, working across its management divisions. Nikki then went on to establish clover mgmt in late 2025, representing internationally acclaimed pop artist Mallrat and emerging Melbourne indie duo Wishlist, building a reputation for strategic vision, integrity, and artist-first leadership.

She has managed sold-out tours across Europe, the UK, and North America, cultivating a strong international network and lasting industry relationships.Approaching management as both a strategic discipline and a human partnership, Nikki prioritises long-term development, authenticity, and cultural impact .
